You can download and print an application for enrollment out from here, but please- be sure to obtain the up to 4 required signatures (Student, Parent, and HS Guidance Counselor signatures, -and for Level II students- your Level II Program Instructor).

1.) Get the 2008-2009 application for enrollment by using the link below (open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader) to print it:

2.) Fill out the application, and get signatures.

3.) Then, You may turn it in to your home school's Guidance Department for submission to the River Valley Technical Center.

Note : With signatures, You also may turn the form in person to: River Valley Technical Center Registrar's Office located at 307 South St., Springfield VT. or fax it to our registrar's office at 802-885-8454.
